You will have your body fat and circumferences of you waist, hips, thighs and arms measured on your first appointment so you can then track your progress. Not everybody's weight will go down due to increase in muscle, but you will find your measurements will decrease. Thus it is quite common for your weight to stay the same at the same time as dropping a clothing size.
