I would like to say I have always been into sport and fitness, but when I was at school I hated P.E. and was always picked last for teams! I got involved in fitness during my 20's when I started doing yoga and various martial arts. In 2002 I decided to make fitness my career and signed up for an intensive Personal Trainer and Sports Massage qualification.
Since then I have spent a lot of time in a gym environment where I have helped hundreds of people towards achieving their goals. This has given me valuable experience in working with all kinds of people to improve their health, fitness, sports performance and, in a large number of cases, to lose weight.
I have continued to develop my understanding of the human body and have learned many new ways of working with it through the many qualifications I have taken.
Over the years I have specialised in running a variety of exercises classes including Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, and Stroke Rehabilitation.
