About Body Vision Personal Training

I started Body Vision Personal training in 2006 to offer personal fitness training in clients homes in and around Colchester. Since 2011 I have had a fitness studio in the heart of Bures, which provides a range of health and fitness classes as well as continuing to offer one to one and small group training sessions. For those who are unable to to get to the studio I train with them in their homes or online. In addition I also offer private fitness classes in a location of your choice.

About Me

My name is Stephen Wilson. I qualified as a personal trainer and sports therapist in 2002. I have been teaching a range of exercise class for over 2 decades. I am qualified in exercise to music, circuit training, yoga and Pilates, as well as GP referral, and specialised exercise for stroke rehab, and for lower back pain. This means whatever your age, fitness level or health issue, you will be in safe hands.

Personal Training

We are all of different ages, gender, fitness levels and have differing health or fitness goals. It is of no surprise a standard exercise programme may not work for us. In which case personal training is for you. We can identify your specific aims and tailor a programme to help you achieve then in the time frame you have. £40 an hour.

Class descriptions

PHA Fitness: A circuit based class that alternates upper and lower body exercise. It improves fitness, muscular strength and tone as well as burning body fat.

Pilates: Gets the body moving in ways you forgot it did! Works on core strength, mobility and posture. Great to help with those aches and pains.

Yoga: A mixed ability class that will improve flexibility, and help you relax and unwind

Flow Yoga: A challenging yoga class which works with the body and breath in unison. Will improve, fitness, strength and flexibility
